CESA is expecting a lively debate at its forthcoming annual conference after confirming that three of the catering equipment industry’s biggest hitters will be taking to the stage.
Klaus Goeldenbot, group CEO of the UK’s biggest catering equipment supplier Nisbets, Steve Snower, CEO of global spare parts outfit Partstown and Alberto Zanata, CEO of appliances manufacturer Electrolux Professional will all take part in a high profile presentation looking at the major issues facing the industry.
The ‘Titans of Industry’ session will cover the disruptions that these three global players anticipate.
With margins under pressure throughout the supply chain, they will explore what needs to be done to keep pace, survive and thrive, and how it will impact on the evolution of the value chain.
Once they have delivered their expert opinions, the trio will take part in a Q&A session hosted by the conference chair Simon Jack who, as a broadcaster and economist, is well versed in asking awkward questions and getting them answered.
The theme for this year’s conference, which takes place at De Vere Cotswold Water Park on November 14-15, ‘Evolving in a Disruptive Environment’.
