Black Friday has become an established fixture in the retail calendar during the last few years – and it is spreading to the catering equipment sector, too.

UK supplier Nisbets will have all hands on deck this week as it prepares to hold its biggest ever Black Friday sale event.

The Bristol-based outfit is planning to offer huge discounts on more than 450 products across popular category lines from today until Sunday 1 December.

Prices will be slashed across dozens of tableware and kitchenware lines, as well as appliances.

Key offers include Buffalo water boilers from £62.99, Kitchenaid mixers for £249.99 and 58% off of Waring blenders.

Nisbets also intends to knock £100 off of Santos juicers and is offering a limited quantity of Luminarc cocktail sets for £4.99 until stocks run out. Tsuki series 7 three piece gift sets, meanwhile, will be reduced by 40% to £59.99

The company plans to add a unique ‘Deal of the Day’ each day this week, where certain lines will be discounted for 24 hours only. Limited stock offers are also planned for its website and retail stores.

Abbie Whitehouse, senior campaigns manager at Nisbets, confirmed it would be the biggest Black Friday sale it has ever undertaken.

“We will be adding even more deals as the sale develops across the weekend, making each offer new, exciting and bound to have something for everyone,” she explained.

“We hope to use this popular annual event as a way to connect with our valued customers and give better accessibility to the market-leading ranges of kitchen and catering equipment that Nisbets has to offer.”

The sales event will finish with Cyber Monday, on 2 December, when the company will announce a new series of offers.

Nisbets boasts a product range that now encompasses more than 30,000 products, with next-day nationwide delivery available on many items.
