Oakman Inns’ CEO and founder, Peter Borg-Neal, commented: “We have agreed a 25-year free of tie deal with the Swanbourne Estate to lease the Betsey Wynne. It is a superb pub built in 2007 and we are already operating it as a fully-fledged Oakman Inn.
The site in Amersham is a new build, as part of a large residential scheme in the town centre, and will open in the Spring of 2017.
“Since the collapse of The Lazy Cow group last year, we have been trying to obtain control of their former premises in Solihull,” revealed Borg-Neal. “We are currently operating the site as a ‘Tenancy at Will’ and hope to sign a permanent deal in the very near future. Once that has been sealed the site will become our third Beech Hou
