Paul UK partners with feedback specialist as it looks to develop customer experience

Paul UK has partnered with Feed It Back, a leading customer feedback specialist, as it looks to support and develop the customer experience across its expanding estate.

Feed It Back will provide the bakery chain with tracking and analysis of customer experience, showing the company’s continued focus on supporting the café and grab-and-go sector.

Paul will implement the full suite of services at its 37 locations across the UK, which will give it access to comprehensive customer insights, through surveys, review platforms and social post.

The chain will also gain access to Feed It Back’s guest engagement platform, to help drive customer loyalty.
