After opening its first location in the UK last month, Europe’s biggest poke bowl chain Poke House has this week launched new restaurants in London’s Spitalfields, Victoria, Canary Wharf and Bloomberg Arcade.
The international brand, which has amassed fans across Europe including Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, is planning a further 15 restaurants in London as it targets 65 units in the UK.
Each of the four new locations promises to offer guests a “multisensory experience” that reflects the Californian and Hawaiian heritage it takes its inspiration from.
The menu includes a core range of house specials selected by public demand including sunny salmon, spicy tuna and vegan bowl.
Dressings are created in-house from a closely guarded secret recipe and every bowl is made with the freshest ingredients, with all greens and fruit and veg delivered daily from local suppliers.
Bowls can be easily customised to suit any taste, with over one million combinations available, according to the company.
Customers can also make their own recipe featuring 80 grams of protein for the regular size and 120 gram for the large size, which the company says is amongst the most generous in the poke cuisine market.
