The Miller & Carter brand has a clear and attractive offer to guests, and one which consistently delivers strong like-for-like sales and volume growth for the publicly-listed operator.
With the company keen to make the best use of its strongest brands by matching them individually to the right sites, M&B is relying on Dennis and his senior team to oversee the development of a more premium portfolio that can deliver the EBITDA performance it has already demonstrated and get Miller & Carter to 100 sites.
There is certainly nobody better suited to the challenge given Dennis’ extensive background in brand operations, food procurement and menu creation.
