Bartlett Mitchell is a caterer that has been going from strength to strength, with sales in its last financial year rising a healthy 11% to £39m.

Over the past 12 months, the Surrey-based outfit has secured significant contracts across the UK, including major wins with Man Group and global law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. 

It has also maintained its 98% contract retention rate.

None of this would be possible without the skilled culinary development team that works tirelessly to create new concepts while upholding the values that have made the business so well-respected.

Under the watch of Pete Redman, who is responsible for the development of new food concepts, menus and chef training, Bartlett Mitchell has introduced new offerings such as ‘Food To Go’ and ‘Health Kitchen’ to the market and extended its vegan and vegetarian food offers.

The Food To Go line is a case study in how to develop a fresh and nutritious alternative to what is available on the high street, with the company devising no fewer than 100 recipes that are made fresh at its locations each day.

A further accolade came the company’s way recently when it was named as the only caterer to be awarded a 2018 Princess Royal Training Award for its development programmes.
