Warren Geraghty switched to the contract catering side of the market this year when he left his post as group executive chef at Galvin Restaurants to join Rhubarb.
Menu development, kitchen recruitment and training all fall under his remit, although he will probably need time to catch his breath after a whirlwind start to his new assignment: soon after joining he oversaw the launch of VIVI in London’s Centre Point tower as the company took the nostalgic British menu to new heights, while he was also involved in overseeing Rhubarb’s first international restaurant at Hudson Yards in New York.
Rhubarb has been operating for 20 years and boasts an expansive portfolio of iconic locations.
It is the preferred food partner for more than 70 premium visitor attractions in London, including the Historic Royal Palaces, the Natural History Museum and Old Billingsgate.
Warren says he is delighted to have joined the firm at such a busy time.
“There is some real talent within the kitchen team and I look forward to nurturing and developing this further,” he comments.
