As head of estates support, she is the pivotal person within Marston’s responsible for maintaining its growing network of kitchens.
Quite simply, if Clare can’t make it happen, it doesn’t happen!
Her role entails the maintenance of all Marston’s kitchens and the contractor involvement that goes with it, including responsibility for the replacement of condemned kit.
She has built water-tight relationships with all of the company’s suppliers and mastered the art of juggling many different tasks at one time to ensure problems are resolved as quickly as possible.
As the main contact dealing with all of the reactive maintenance calls for 1,100 kitchens, she holds the key to keeping kitchen downtime to a minimum.
