Commercial Kitchen once again opens its doors to thousands of professionals looking for the best innovations in kitchen equipment, services and design today.
Co-located with sister shows Lunch! and Casual Dining, senior chefs and decision makers from around the country are expected to pack the aisles when the show returns to ExCeL London today.
Over 100 brands are lined up to exhibit at the two-day event. They’ll be showcasing the complete range of equipment, services, devices and utensils required to run, refurbish or build a commercial kitchen, including cooking equipment, refrigeration, storage, warewashing, fit out and design.
Innovation is well and truly on the menu again this year. From efficient cooking systems to updated equipment, many of the products that will be on show have been created to streamline commercial kitchens operating across the nation.
As well as the exhibition stand, the show will host a full seminar programme across the two days, with leading chefs, distributors and industry commentators lined up to speak.
Tom Aikens, Anna Haugh, Romy Gill, Ruth Hansom, Cherish Finden, James Golding and Cyrus Todiwala are among the chefs speaking at the event, while leading culinary executives from chains such as The Liberation Group, Pizza Pilgrims, Peach Pubs and Compass Group will also be speaking. Topics will include mental health, net zero goals and the latest food trends.
Commercial Kitchen will also be hosting its popular Innovation Challenge again this year, during which suppliers have only 60 seconds to pitch their latest solutions to a panel of industry judges, with the results due to be announced at 3:45pm on Thursday in Keynote Theatre 1.
