The Henny Penny Evolution Elite series takes frying to a whole new level of quality, simplicity and cost management, particularly where energy and oil saving is concerned.

This is thanks to a combination of innovative features and technologies, such as removing the cold zone to allow for a smaller fry vat, so products can be cooked in up to 40% less oil than traditional models.

What’s more, following a set period of inactivity, the Evolution Elite automatically switches to ‘Idle Mode’ which drops the oil temperature to extend the life of the oil and save energy.

Henny Penny Evolution Elite open fryers also recover temperature very quickly and have earnt the Energy Star mark for over 85% energy efficiency.

A key feature of the Evolution Elite is the built-in sensor activated Oil Guardian, which cleverly monitors oil levels, and even automatically replenishes the tank from an oil reservoir inside the fryer cabinet without the risk of splashes or spills.

Taking safety yet another step further, Henny Penny’s Evolution Elite Smart Touch Filtration system removes the risk of employees handling hot oil, tracks cook cycles and informs the user when a vat needs filtering.

At the push of a button, debris is automatically filtered out and hot, freshly filtered oil is returned back into the cooking vat within four minutes.

Smart Touch Filtration helps to extend the life of frying oil, improve product quality, reduce oil costs and reduces the need for cleaning. In addition, vats can be filtered one at a time, so users can continue cooking without interruption.

Ease of use is another hallmark of the Henny Penny Evolution Elite range as iControl offers 40 programmable cook cycles, with 10 live at any one time, plus a host of other frying and oil management features.

Operators simply need to press the corresponding button to deliver the cook time for that item. Additionally, the innovative technology can be programmed for a certain quantity of food.

Should the operator over or under-fill the basket on any particular load, the technology will automatically adjust the cook time to compensate, reducing the effects of human error and producing perfectly cooked food every time.
