R H Hall has promoted long-term servants Duncan Vipas and Emma Smith to new roles within the business as it looks to execute its expansion plans.

Mr Vipas, who has been with the company for 20 years, has taken on the role of ‘head of sales’ and will work alongside sales director, Kris Brearley, to drive the business forward.

The role will include managing, motivating and challenging both the internal and external sales teams in order to achieve the best possible results, working with various key accounts throughout the business.

I’m fortunate to have such a great team around me so exciting times ahead.”

Working closely with Mr Vipas will be Mrs Smith, who takes on the role of ‘head of marketing’ in a move that will initially see her tasked with the integration of the sales and marketing teams.

She has been with the business for 18 years and said: “Having been with the business for many years, I am very proud to be offered this new position and I am excited to take forward the passion and drive I have for the business. The staff changes come as part of a longer-term strategic plan, which includes adding to the board of directors in the coming years.
