Energy and grease management solutions provider Quintex has signed up to the Specifi platform in a move that should make it easier for its products to be integrated into new kitchens.

The global software platform for professional catering equipment connects distributors, designers and manufacturers, and Quintex products will now be showcased through the electronic catalogue.

Specifi’s software makes kitchen design simpler and its global database contains CAD symbols, BIM/Revit families, catalogues and price lists for catering equipment to assist with creation, design, quoting and project management for foodservice professionals.

Chris Stevens, sales manager of Quintex Solutions, said that joining Specifi enables Quintex to bring its range of energy saving systems to a wider market, including major restaurants, pubs, hotels, supermarkets and leisure operators.

“Specifi is a new avenue for us and it will enable us to get our systems out there in an entirely new fashion,” he explained. “I think it’s important that we allow our users to integrate our products into their kitchens in as many ways as possible.”

Quintex’s products include Ecofix, Biofix and Cheetah, and are deployed by many leading operators across the UK to save energy and reduce costs.
