Hotelympia visitors will have the chance to experience Rational’s latest SelfCookingCenter and VarioCookingCenter as its team of chefs put both products through their paces during the course of the show.
The company also plans to illustrate how its range of specialist accessories can enhance cooking results and make life easier for the kitchen brigade.
Demonstrations will include the multibaker, the grill and pizza tray and the cross and stripe grill grate, as well as the VarioMobil, an accessory for the VarioCookingCenter that makes it easy to transport food cooked in the unit.
ConnectedCooking 2.0 remains a core part of Rational’s strategy, with users of its ovens able to monitor operations remotely, program multiple units and track performance.
Its chefs will be talking operators through the full benefits of the technology and how it can enhance multi-site foodservice businesses.
