Rational plans extension of online events specifically for UK operators

Rational Live online

Rational is working on a comprehensive programme of digital training and education events that build on the interactive sessions it has been hosting since lockdown.

Chefs and operators can experience the iCombi Pro cooking system – billed as the most advanced combi steamer the company has ever produced – to discover how it can improve day-to-day kitchen operations.

Through its Rational Live online programme, attendees can quiz expert chefs at any time during the sessions to get specialist information and cooking solutions about particular needs and menus.

Content is produced in the UK by Rational chefs and focuses on the iCombi Pro’s advanced cooking intelligence, showing how it can enhance productivity, creativity, consistency and functionality.

They are able to demonstrate how the system can deliver perfect cooking results for a variety of dishes, including full British breakfast, roasting joints and steamed teriyaki salmon with rice and vegetables.

“We’ve progressed from the original Live online events, which were targeted at a global audience, to developing UK-produced content specifically for our home-grown audience,” explained Adam Knights, marketing director at Rational UK.

“We are working on an extensive programme of Live online events that will provide highly relevant specific sector content, specifically for UK foodservice operators. We are constantly talking with, and listening to, our customers to ensure that the content we provide gives them the maximum benefits.”

Each Rational Live online session lasts about 45 minutes, including a Q&A session at the end. They are free to attend and can be booked via Rational’s website.
