Rational set to unveil a ‘new standard in maximum customer benefit’

Rational is promising a “veritable firework display of innovations” over the coming weeks as it prepares to unleash a series of new products for the first time.

The combi oven maker has been preparing the launches for some months, but with lockdown restrictions halting physical events it will embark on a digital showcasing programme instead.

Each new product will be presented on video in a detailed and entertaining manner, with specialist dealers, consultants and kitchen planners given the opportunity for exclusive previews, which they will be informed about by e-mail.

Rational said that customers and other interested parties are also welcome to join the innovation journey, giving them access to the videos a little later.

In a video to partners this week, Rational managing director Simon Lohse, said: “The passion to inspire our customers is what has driven Rational for more than 40 years to find new solutions, and to provide continuous improvement. Sometimes those improvements have been incremental, sometimes exponential and sometimes they are radical.

“Rational’s philosophy is to provide maximum customer benefit. The upcoming weeks are going to be very special; special for all of us. You will experience a new standard in maximum customer benefit.”

Mr Lohse said the launches would reflect Rational’s desire to explore new ways of making the lives of its customers simpler, more efficient and more flexible, all while preserving the environment more effectively.

“And there is one key word that covers it all – intelligence. You are going to hear much more about what intelligence means to Rational over the next few weeks,” he promised.
