An Oxfordshire catering recruitment specialist has launched a London division to help operators get hold of the chef talent they need when they require it.
Goldstar Recruitment is bringing its chef and chef relief recruitment service “from the country to the capital” and hopes to match clients up with culinary professionals.
To launch its Relief Chef service in London, Goldstar is offering new clients a free relief chef for one week for every five weeks booked before the end of April.
Founder Lee Morris believes the business model that has worked for it in the regional market can be replicated in London, where restaurants and caterers are crying out for chefs.
