Retigo UK has announced a return to physical live cooking demonstrations.

Commencing on 18 March at First Choice Catering Spares’ training kitchens in Cannock, the combi oven maker plans to run the sessions on a monthly basis.

The demonstrations are designed to allow both operators and distributor partners the chance to experience its ovens for themselves.

Attendees will have the opportunity to put Retigo’s energy efficient Blue Vision ovens through their paces, and learn more about the Orange Vision Plus and Delimaster ovens, both of which were launched last year.

Retigo UK’s Simon Callus said: “While our distributor partners and operator clients have benefited from the hugely successful and engaging webinars and livestreaming cooking demonstrations held by our colleagues at Retigo’s HQ, nothing compares to the opportunity to experience first-hand the ability of our ovens, while also benefiting from sampling the food themselves.”

The Live Cooking demonstrations can be tailored to each customer’s food or menu requirement to make the event as beneficial as possible.

All Live Cooking demonstrations will be held in line with the latest government guidelines regarding Covid-19, including strict adherence to social distancing, enhanced cleaning and a limit to the number of people able to attend.

All clients will have their own tables with protective screens.

The return to Live Cooking demonstrations follows a change in the manufacturer’s UK structure last July when it teamed up with Commercial Catering Products (CCP).

CCP acts as the agent for Retigo in the UK while also working in cooperation with other members of the manufacturer’s team to manage local sales.
