Rexmartins, the Tunbridge Wells-based supplier of commercial catering equipment, has released a comprehensive 52-page priced catalogue detailing its range of commercial catering equipment and ancillary products.
The new catalogue is the first step in the company’s strategy of developing a network of distributors throughout the UK and Ireland.
Extending to more than 230 products, the rexmartins range includes heavy duty 700 series prime cooking equipment, induction-powered cooking appliances, front cooking stations, specialist grills, professional barbecues, convection and combination ovens, and a range of heat pumps.
Commercial director, Nick McDonald, said: “When putting together this range, our focus was on robustness, energy-efficiency, and innovation. We have put the same level of care and detail into our new catalogue which is now available in both hard copy and electronic versions. We believe that we offer caterers something very different from existing equipment suppliers and we welcome enquiries from catering equipment distributors.”
The new catalogue, which can be downloaded from the company’s website at www.rexmartins.com, is organised into seven distinct categories to make it easy for customers to source the products they need.
The induction cooking equipment segment alone comprises some 95 separate items.
“The cost savings for caterers using induction hobs for pan and wok cooking are well-known and we have a comprehensive selection in our range,” added Mr McDonald. “But we can also offer caterers energy efficient induction alternatives to other items of cooking equipment, including fryers, griddles, pasta cookers, steamers and even bratt pans and boiling pans.
