Rexmartins tunes new range to customer demand

Rexmartins has launched a new range of foodservice equipment designed to be energy efficient, easy to use and space-saving, in response to the demands of industry operators.

After two years of R&D, the versatile collection, on show at Commercial Kitchen next week, aims to be one of the most cost-effective to run on the market. The focus on induction cooking makes the range very efficient to operate by utilising electromagnetic energy, minimising energy wastage, the company says.

Designed to be suitable for any catering requirement, the RMB range includes specially designed single zone induction units, induction fryers, pasta cookers and integral self-extraction systems and complete commercial kitchen solutions. It also includes an outdoor living collection of stainless steel space saving modular kitchens.

“We developed the RMB range after listening to what our customers wanted. Top of the list was energy efficiency as businesses are looking to reduce their carbon footprints and make cost savings. The versatility of our new RMB range is proving popular with all types of caterers who are wanting cost effective, efficient, space saving solutions,” commented Wayne Phillips, managing director of rexmartins.
