Sharp distributor RH Hall is set to add a new commercial microwave to its portfolio featuring inverter technology.

The Bedfordshire-based company has been working with the brand to launch the Sharp R7500M, which it says will enhance its current line-up.

The heavy duty 1800W appliance uses inverter technology to ensure maximum efficiency and uniformity – providing ultimate control and outstanding cooking results.

“Inverter technology provides constant power for incredibly uniform results, time after time,” said Emma Smith, marketing and systems manager at RH Hall. “As well as ultra fast regeneration times, the R7500M ensures the operator has precision control, making it perfect for defrosting and heating delicate foods too.”

RH Hall will officially unveil the product at the Commercial Kitchen show next month. It plans to run live cooking demonstrations throughout the two-day event so that visitors can see the product in action.

In addition, the company will host a competition for one show visitor to win a Sharp R7500M. Operators can enter by heading to stand J11.

The R7500M features a 19 litre capacity, 14 power levels and 30 memory presets. It will be priced at £1,199 plus VAT.
