Slower-cook pizza chain expands to ninth site

Yard Sale Pizza

Yard Sale Pizza will open its ninth shop in Crofton Park, London, next week.

The brand, which has built a loyal neighbourhood following over the last seven years, will use the site to provide pizza delivery to the Crofton Park and Brockley neighbourhoods, as well as parts of New Cross, New Cross Gate, Forest Hill, Honor Oak, Ladywell, Deptford and Catford.

Yard Sale, which prides itself on its in-house delivery service, has spent the last seven years developing its pizza so it’s engineered to travel.

From its 48-72 hour slow fermented dough, to the slightly slower and longer cook to create a crispy base that can better withstand a journey, the company believes it can offer the freshest and hottest pizza delivered to their customers.

The Crofton Park site will offer delivery and collection, along with a small area for dine-in.

Yard Sale’s in-house delivery service is made up of its own fleet of delivery drivers and cyclists and has been in place since its inception in 2014.
