With a blast chilling cycle from +90°C to +3°C, or a blast freezing cycle from +90°C to -18°C, and an easy-to-use digital control panel, caterers can ensure their food remains in the very best condition and ready for service.
Functionality is guaranteed thanks to a reversible door, removable wire racking — which can be fitted in 10 different positions — and 1/1 gastronorm compatibility to achieve enhanced versatility in a kitchen.
Height-adjustable legs add flexibility and an inbuilt core probe delivers precision temperature control for users.
