South west coffee chain beefs up in Bristol

Coffee#1 Bristol Welsh Back team

South west café chain Coffee#1 today threw open the doors to a new outlet in Bristol, which becomes the 53rd site in its ever-expanding estate.

The chain has transformed the former ‘Myristica Indian Restaurant’ into a charming coffee house with comfy leather armchairs, reclaimed furniture and friendly baristas. It is the sixth coffee shop it operates in Bristol.

A new team (pictured above) has been recruited to run the store, with intensive professional barista training provided in the run-up to the launch. As well as coffee, the chain will offer a range of teacakes, freshly baked pastries, breakfast items, quiches, savoury croissants and sandwiches.
