A pizza oven from Sveba Dahlen that can bake Neapolitan pizzas in 60 to 120 seconds thanks to reaching temperature heights of 500˚C will be available in the UK market from February.
The new P601 High Temp pizza oven, supplied in the UK through Jestic Foodservice Equipment, will get its first industry airing at the forthcoming European, Pizza and Pasta Show on 13-15 November at Olympia, London.
Sveba Dahlen – perhaps best known as the primary pizza oven supplier to Pizza Express – expects the unit to be attractive to operators that desire a pizza oven which incorporates a genuine Neapolitan pizza stone and offers an ultra-fast bake.
The highly efficient heating system distributes heat in three zones resulting in uniform baking, while the high level of insulation and exclusive ceramic glass in the doors mean the oven chamber retains heat more effectively and ensures a comfortable working environment.
The user-friendly control panel on the P601 allows the user to regulate upper and lower heating separately and includes turbo and power-saving functions.

Visitors to Jestic’s stand at the European, Pizza and Pasta Show will also be able to see the latest products from a range of other brands that it offers, including Wood Stone, Edge, Alfa Pro, Somerset, Vitamix and Zio Pepe.
