Three Michelin-starred restaurant, The Fat Duck, is taking its innovative menu development to new levels with the creation of the Marvellously Mysterious Menu – a four-course experience encouraging diners to expect the unexpected.
Set at £150 per head, and available now at the renowned restaurant, the experience has been developed for parties of four to six guests.
The dishes will be a complete surprise, with guests only being let in on the secret once they are seated at the table.
The Fat Duck founder, Heston Blumenthal OBE, said: “At The Fat Duck, it’s not just about beautiful food, beautifully presented – though that’s certainly a big part of it. I believe that food can open your eyes and stir your emotions. It can expand your imagination in a way that is both exciting and inspiring.
“That’s why me and my team are constantly seeking new opportunities to bring The Fat Duck experience to as many people as possible, in as many ways as possible. The Marvellously Mysterious Menu is a chance for culinarily curious diners who are fans of innovation and immersive experiences to go on a unique three-star gastronomic adventure.”
Booking links will only be shared through the restaurant’s social media channels and newsletters.
Blumenthal is one of the UK’s most esteemed chefs and is also behind restaurant brands including the two Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Dubai, as well as the one star The Hinds Head in Bray and The Perfectionists’ Café.
