Winterhalter has integrated reverse osmosis into its undercounter UC-S and UC-M machines to produce the UC Excellence iPlus, which removes almost 100% of water impurities.

The machine brings the advantages of RO to tight counter areas because the system is fully integrated into the dimensions of the warewasher, the smallest of which measures 810mm (h) x 460mm (w) x 617mm (d).
Alongside its RO system is an integral water softener, which offers a variety of benefits, including preventing blockages of the membrane, extending membrane life and ensuring perfect wash results from first wash to last.
