Valentine Equipment is offering free use of its pasta making machines to NHS locations that need extra kitchen support at this time.

The company has invited caterers providing food for frontline NHS services to get in touch with it if they think it can be of help during this challenging period for the sector.

Valentine has a selection of demonstration pasta making machines that are not currently being used, allowing it to provide a free loan to companies catering for people in the health sector.

“Making fresh pasta is a cheap and easy way to provide healthy hot food where it is needed most,” the company said.

Valentine is best known for its expertise in fryer technology, but it also offers pasta cookers with a capacity of 25 to 40 litres.

Sister company Cuisinequip, meanwhile, imports fresh pasta making equipment from Italian brand Bottene.

NHS caterers interested in taking up Valentine’s offer can contact Jonathan Bartlett (07808 848241) or Philip Sanderson (07379 052012) for further details.
