Venetian theme for Salt Yard’s latest

Salt Yard

The pedestrianised quiet of St James Market, London, is the
site for the latest venture from Salt Yard.

The 110-cover Veneta restaurant combines bar-counter seating, banquette booths and intimate tables with traditional Venetian glamour paired with contemporary styling.

Veneta is the latest restaurant by Salt Yard Group, co-founded by Simon Mullins, which also owns and runs Salt Yard, Dehesa, Opera Tavern and Ember Yard.

The menu will be inspired by classic Venetian dishes, cooking techniques and will showcase produce from the region, says the company.
