Victor installs former dealer GM as head of customer service team

Victor Manufacturing has bolstered its UK-based team going into the New Year with the appointment of a commercial manager.

The company has brought in Hayley Dean, who previously served as general manager at catering equipment dealer CS Catering Equipment, where she worked for 11 years.

Mrs Dean will be responsible for the internal sales office and customer support processes at the Bradford-based manufacturer following her appointment.

Michael Inwood, sales director at Victor, said: “We have very ambitious growth plans over the next five years, and being able to offer industry leading customer service is vital to these expansion plans.

“Hayley’s experience and knowledge of the industry is a key element that will ensure our customers feel in safe hands. We’re very excited to welcome Hayley to the team and look forward to working with her to grow the department and the business.”

Victor specialises in the manufacture and supply of food service equipment to some of the UK’s largest companies and groups in a variety of sectors, including education, care, public sector, hospitality, contract catering and retail.

The firm employs more than 120 staff over three facilities in Bradford.

Speaking about her new post, Mrs Dean said: “I can’t wait to get stuck into the new role. I am very familiar with Victor’s products having sold them for a number of years and I look forward to engaging with our distributors over the coming weeks.”
