Operators wanting to try out Vito’s latest oil filtration systems will now be able to do so at Gamble Foodservice Solutions’ demo kitchen in Leicestershire.
Prospective buyers wishing to see a Vito in action would previously have had to visit a live facility where the kit was installed, so the agreement provides added flexibility and means that operators can test the kit under their own conditions.
The model at Gamble’s premises is a VITO50, which is displayed in an Imperial open pot fryer IFS40-OP. “It will suit any fryer In the Imperial range and all other manufacturers out there,” said Vito director Iain Addison (pictured above with Gamble MD Mike O’Keeffe). “There is a working free standing fryer on display to demonstrate the filtration process of the Vito as well as the benefits of using the Vito oil tester.”
“The benefit for end-users is that when our customers visit the Gamble foodservice showroom they will not only be able to touch and feel our Vito, but look at many other innovative products supplied by Gamble Foodservice which may assist them in designing there perfect kitchen.”
Addison said the arrangement was largely an informal one that suited both parties, rather than a sales agreement. “Gamble is not an actual stockist of our product but as they are not looking to sell fryers with expensive built-in oil filtration units then we have a synergy that makes a perfect match. We support each other in the field and happily recommend each company’s services knowing that the end-user will get valuable and reliable advice from both companies.”
Vito offers its products through its own online shop, which is currently offering a £20 discount on boxes of filter papers as well as free delivery for a limited timeframe.
