Mark Nacchia, a former area training and development chef at national pub group Wadworth & Co, has taken on a new role at specialist hospitality recruitment firm Catering Services International (CSI).
Mr Nacchia’s position as branch manager will see him launch new recruitment incentives and training and development programmes, as well as overseeing the day to day management of the company’s Bristol branch and gateway to the South West.
He previously managed recruitment branches for CSI when he left the rosette award-winning gastro pub industry in search of a better work-life balance.
He went on to become a lecturer in hospitality and catering at Wiltshire College and later development chef and trainer for the Wadworth managed house estate.
CSI has been established for over 25 years, specialising in the provision of quality temporary, contract and permanent staff in all areas of the hospitality industry.
All of its consultants have worked in the industry and it boasts 10 offices around the UK.
