He said: “I’m really excited to learn everything I can about Convotherm.  There’s some incredible knowledge within the team and a brilliant new development we’re about to launch so lots to get to grips with.

“I’m also going to being heading off to the Convotherm factory in Bavaria soon to see how the equipment is built, which will be amazing and I believe it’s really important to understand just how things are made – it makes it easier to talk to customers and explain to them why Convotherm is a really great product.”

Steve Hemsil, sales director – UK and Ireland at Welbilt, said: “Anthony is going to be a great addition to our newly-formed Convotherm Focus Team. He brings some impressive experience and contacts from the industry so we know he’s going to deliver some notable results for the Convotherm team.”
