Welbilt ramps up cooking portfolio for operators

Welbilt plans to give visitors a taste of its technologically-advanced catering equipment portfolio at Commercial Kitchen, with its Convotherm, Merrychef and Garland brands among the highlights.

The new generation of Convotherm mini combi steamers and the smallest high-speed oven in its class — the Merrychef Eikon e2s — will all be available for operators to see up close, along with the latest Garland Instinct induction range.

Company representatives will be on hand to talk through the latest product developments and give expert product tutorials.
