Welbilt’s replica store design brings food-to-go equipment to life

Welbilt will be transforming its exhibition stand at next week’s Lunch! Show into a replica food-to-go outlet to give operators a firsthand look at how its equipment can work in a real environment.

The company’s Merrychef e2s ovens, Convotherm Mini Black ovens and Crem Unity 1+ coffee machines will take centre stage within the imitation food-to-go set-up, allowing operators to examine the practical and aesthetic benefits.

The Merrychef e2s features a unique combination of three heat technologies – tuned impingement, microwave and convection – which allows for a high-speed performance with no compromise to the finished product. The Convotherm Mini Black, meanwhile, offers roasting, grilling, steaming, frying, baking and regenerating capabilities for operators.

From a beverage perspective, Crem’s state-of-the-art fully automatic coffee machine marries filter and espresso brewing capabilities with a fresh milk foaming system in order to ease barista duties.

Welbilt’s stand will also feature a Nuttalls heated display cabinet and Adande refrigerated drawer unit to make the set-up as realistic as possible.

The show takes place on 19-20 September.
