Warewasher manufacturer Wexiodisk is bidding to step up conversations with buyers after revealing it will be exhibiting at the Commercial Kitchen Show for the first time.
The company will present its latest warewashing innovations, efficiency and advancements in technology at the event.
The Scandinavian outfit will be showcasing its WD-6 Duplus single-hood machine which utilises a pioneering double-rinse sequence that uses just 1 litre of fresh water per cycle due to its unique Duplus technology.
This low water consumption and the models minimal use of cleaning chemicals guarantee low energy consumption and improved efficiency. Complementing this will be Wexiodisk’s WD-PRM6 Pre-Rinse machine which promises significant energy savings.
Wexiodisk will also be displaying its newest model, the WD-4S under-counter dishwasher which has been designed for small but demanding kitchens and bar set ups and has the capacity to wash up to 50 baskets per hour, equivalent to 1,000 glasses or 900 plates.
The WD-4S Glass edition will also be available for visitors to the stand to see. Specifically designed for washing glasses it has three specific cycles, each featuring wash times and water temperature which can be adjusted for different glass types ensuring high quality results.
Both WD-4S models on stand are manufactured from the latest, high-grade stainless steel, giving an incredibly robust, ergonomic and durable design. Chemically reinforced metal top and bottom wash arms ensure the unit produces exceptional results and a continued focus on hygiene over the life of the appliance.
Other Wexiödisk appliances on show will include the WD-12, a double capacity hood machine with adjustable wash pressure.
Wexiodisk will be exhibiting on stand J4 at the NEC, Birmingham from 6-7 June.
