Whitbread is bidding to bounce back in style by launching two new Cookhouse + Pub sites this month.
The opening of Sandown Cliffs on the Isle of Wight and the Three Piers in Blackpool will bring the current portfolio to 21 units across the UK.
Both sites boast enviable seafront locations and are situated within Premier Inn hotels, but with separate entrances.
The 164-cover Sandown and 215-cover Blackpool sites have been designed by York-based designers JMDA, and include a bar area, with a range of flexible seating and solo-dining booths, feature tables and semi-private dining areas.
The brand is on a mission to reinvent the pub dining experience, delivering the quality food and service of an informal, all-day casual restaurant, with the relaxed vibe and affordability of a pub.
The menu comprises of freshly prepared grilled dishes, a selection of burgers, lighter options , alongside a choice of pub classics, Sunday roasts and desserts.
Cookhouse + Pub puts an emphasis on quality food at affordable prices featuring rotating specials as well as offering guests a range of craft beers, cask ales and ciders, alongside wines .
