Mondrian 09

Williams Refrigeration has appointed Craig Wells as its new installation and service support manager.

Mr Wells has over 30 years’ experience in commercial catering refrigeration and installation. He has been with Williams since 2002, most recently as a technical engineer and senior engineer.

This promotion will see him gain responsibility for managing the smooth running of installations of Williams’ modular refrigeration products, such as blast chillers, as well as diagnosing technical issues for customers and engineers.

He said: “The demand for our portfolio of modular products is down to the fact that they tick a lot of boxes in terms of modern catering design. For example, they are very flexible – we can design products that precisely match the needs of the customer, which means they can make the most of the space available.

“As the amount of room dedicated to the kitchen gets squeezed, that is an increasingly important consideration.”

Williams Refrigeration offers a comprehensive range of commercial refrigeration including gastronorm cabinets and counters, specialist bakery equipment, coldrooms, merchandisers and blast chillers.
