London-based Creative Restaurant Group has soared to new heights in recent years, growing a portfolio of high-end restaurants in the capital, with Endo Kazutoshi leading the group as culinary director.

Co-founders Anastasia Bukhman and Misha Zelman also lead the group’s stable of five restaurants and bars.

Zelman is also founder of Zelman Meats, Goodman, Burger and Lobster, and more, with the leadership team’s influence combining to make a strong force in the UK dining scene.

Endo’s flagship site, Endo at the Rotunda, and the more recently opened restaurant from the group, Humo, have attracted critical acclaim, both gaining a Michelin star.

The group, founded in 2021, has seen Endo at the Rotunda, make top rankings in the Harden’s 100 ranking of the UK’s best restaurants in recent years, following its opening in 2019.

Founder of Michelin-starred omakase restaurant Endo at The Rotunda and sister restaurant Sumi, Endo is a third-generation chef.

With multiple concepts spanning its portfolio, the group only seems set to continue going from strength to strength in the years to come, with a strong core team at the helm to foster its continued growth and development.
