The biggest names in the UK foodservice industry will descend on the luxurious Pan Pacific London tonight (Wednesday, 24 September) for the 2025 FEJ Awards ceremony.
Executives from the leading multi-site operators and supplier community will be in attendance as the industry comes together to celebrate excellence in kitchen and back-of-house innovation once again this year.
For those planning to attend or who are already on the guest list, here is what you need to know about the event.
When does the 2025 FEJ Awards start?
The FEJ Awards takes place on Wednesday 24 September, starting at 7pm with a drinks reception, followed by a three-course sit-down meal and an awards presentation.
What is the address of the venue?
The FEJ Awards takes place at the Pan Pacific London once again this year – a five-star hotel located in Bishopsgate, London.
For those arriving by car or taxi, the full address of the hotel is 80 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7AB.

Where do I go to when I arrive at the venue?
Guests will access the FEJ Awards through their own private entrance at street level, taking them directly down to the Pacific Ballroom, where the ceremony will take place.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for the event is business casual (not black tie).

Where is the after party following this year’s ceremony?
FEJ is delighted to reveal that the after party for this year’s FEJ Awards will once again be held at The Alchemist Bevis Marks in Aldgate, London.
Headline Partner for the awards ceremony, Rational UK, has teamed up with The Alchemist to ensure guests can once again continue celebrating into the early hours following the ceremony.
The awards ceremony is due to finish between 10.30 and 11pm, with the after party taking place following this.
